Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA)
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative and multidisciplinary clinic. Our practice follows a self-pay model and does not accept insurance, which allows us to focus on personalized, in-depth care without insurance limitations.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, manage both acute and chronic conditions, and work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is confident practicing autonomously while thriving in a team-oriented, holistic environment. This position blends clinical expertise, patient education, and leadership, ensuring high-quality, compassionate, and proactive healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients based on history, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic test results
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions, including infections, injuries, hypertension, and diabetes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in both conventional and integrative approaches
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications as legally authorized, while considering safety, efficacy, and patient preference
- Educate patients on prevention, nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and self-management of health conditions
- Counsel patients on medication regimens, side effects, and interactions with supplements/OTC products
- Collaborate with our clinical team to integrate functional, structural, and nutritional care plans
- Refer patients to specialists when conditions extend beyond scope of practice
- Stay current with medical guidelines, integrative therapies, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License and BSN
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP-C)
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice
- Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience in functional or integrative medicine preferred

Functional Health Coach:
At Holistic Integration, we’re looking for a passionate Health Coach to join our patient care team. In this role, you’ll work directly with patients to interpret diagnostics, design supplement protocols, and guide them through personalized wellness plans that address the root cause of their health concerns.
What You’ll Do
- Interpret functional lab results and assessments (hormone panels, GI maps, hair analysis, etc.)
- Use in-house tools like Electrodermal Screening (EDS)/Avatar to test supplements against patient responses
- Create customized supplement protocols tailored to each patient’s needs
- Develop functional care plans with supplement, lifestyle, and service recommendations
- Communicate clearly with patients so they understand the purpose of each recommendation
- Collaborate with the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and providers to align care plans
- Support patients in achieving their functional health goals and ensure follow-up steps are in place
- Educate patients on the importance of compliance, consistency, and long-term wellness
- Contribute to team meetings, trainings, and patient education events
Who You Are
- Certified Health Coach (FMCHC, IIN, or similar) or Clinical Nutritionist preferred
- Experienced in interpreting labs and designing supplement-based care plans OR highly motivated to learn
- Knowledgeable in functional medicine concepts and natural health practices
- Confident using diagnostic tools and supplements to guide protocols
- Compassionate communicator who educates and empowers patients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through

Nutritionist
Position Overview:
The Certified Nutritionist will play a vital role in our practice, focusing primarily on weight loss management through the Fit Focus Weight Loss Program while also addressing broader health concerns such as diabetes, heart health, and other chronic conditions. This role emphasizes a holistic approach to patient care, utilizing diagnostic tools to develop personalized plans that encompass nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise recommendations.
The ideal candidate will actively promote the value of nutrition, foster patient relationships, and contribute to the growth of our nutrition program through community outreach and innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patients in the Fit Focus Weight Loss Program, providing personalized health plans and ongoing support.
- Deliver nutritional counseling for patients with diverse health concerns, including diabetes, heart health, and chronic conditions.
- Use diagnostic tools, such as GI testing and food sensitivity testing, to create individualized plans for nutrition, grocery shopping, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Educate patients about the importance of nutrition and lifestyle in achieving optimal health.
- Collaborate with other providers, including the Physician Assistant and Functional Health Coaches, for a multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Actively promote the Fit Focus Weight Loss Program and other nutritional services to patients.
- Participate in community outreach events, workshops, and seminars to attract new patients and build program awareness.
- Identify innovative opportunities to grow the weight loss and nutrition programs.
Qualifications:
- Required: Certification as a Nutritionist.
- Experience in weight loss management and nutritional counseling for chronic health conditions.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools like GI testing and food sensitivity testing.
- Strong ability to educate and motivate patients effectively.
- Passion for holistic, integrative health and collaborative care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with patients managing diabetes, heart health, and other chronic conditions.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology or fitness coaching is a plus.
