Procedures
With each of the systems listed above, we provide educational material for our patients so that they themselves can practice and proactive and preventative lifestyle. Each System has a ranking of a percentage of impairment that we use to determine protocols and management. Our providers will manage these systems and make sure that we stay out of any disease processes or refer to a specialist to work with if there is a disease process that is occurring.
Education
Our providers will be providing documentation when needed for the systems the patient needs assistance with. What you should expect with each of these is general foods to avoid, which foods help, exercise program, and other information to utilize. Our providers are able to be your primary care physician, please communicate with the front desk if you would like for that to happen.
