Refund and Returns Policy

General Terms

  • Timeframe: The policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, they generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Appointment Cancellations

  • 24 to 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Fees: Failure to provide notice or “no-shows” often result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of a deposit.

Services and Treatments

  • Non-Refundable: Professional services (such as chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, diagnostic testing, and consultations) are generally non-refundable once they have been rendered.

  • Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a multi-session package, any refund for unused portions is typically at the discretion of the clinic and may be subject to administrative fees or recalculation of used sessions at the full (non-discounted) rate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unopened Items: Returnable within 14–30 days if the seal is intact.

  • Opened Items: Non-returnable due to health and safety regulations, unless the product is defective.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only granted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping

  • Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns, unless the item was damaged or faulty. These costs are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
